IMPORT NOTICE REGARDING COVID 19
The Isle of Man Government reopened the borders 28 June 2021 and we have now got an outbreak of Coronavirus on the island, with cases increasing daily.
There are still some unknowns regarding procedures for self-isolation, in the event of visitors or hosts testing positive. Thie Shey is not registered as a venue for self-isolation and is not suitable as self-isolation accommodation.
Thie Shey is our home as well as a B & B and two people classed as “clinically vulnerable” live here. Inviting guests to stay in our home is much higher risk than if we had self-catering accommodation, or similar. The safety of our guests and our family is very important. In the circumstances, we are postponing fully reopening our B & B until the current situation is clearer. We hope you understand our dilemma.
